Auction Terms & Conditions Auction Terms & Conditions 1) Knoxville Livestock Horse Auction and its associates act as agents only on all sales and are not responsible for buyer/seller error or misunderstandings. All guarantees are strictly between buyer and seller.All horses are sold "as is " without any express or implied warranties. 2) Any defects or bad habits such as cribbing or weaving MUST be called when the horse is sold. 3) Title passes to the buyer at the fall of the hammer, at which time the buyer assumes all risk and responsibility. 4) Should a dispute arise between two or more bidders, the auctioneer's decision shall be final 5) Announcements made on sale day take precedence previously written material. 6)When bidding online you are legally agreeing to pay for horse that you purchase. We do our best to answer all questions and post all infor provided by seller!! 7) WE DO NOT GUARENTEE YOU CAN RIDE THE HORSE ONCE YOU GET IT HOME. We can in no way guarentee riding ablities of the horse/rider.
